NLGJA has 1,300 members in 24 chapters throughout the country who are experts in this field and motivated to share their professional experience with students. NLGJA leaders and members are also available to conduct a Campus Newsroom Outreach Project at your college or university. This program brings NLGJA face-to-face with educators and students at campus news organizations to answer LGBT coverage questions and to discuss workplace issues that affect LGBT newsroom employees.
